Let's establish something right from the very beginning: I am not an economist. Well that may be the understatement of 2009 so far, but I certainly possess no formal economic training. Having said that I think you will agree with me that according to the press in Chatham-Kent, Canada, North America and across the globe times have never been tougher. Now I'm no ostrich with my head in the sand but it is time we started to look at the glass as half full instead of half empty...
