Our latest e-xhibit 1.0 example has been launched at www.chathamontariohomes.ca/. Just go to the featured home section to see it in operation. The client can login and add new listings, add multiple high resolution photos and even mark listings sold.

Production continues even thought it's Saturday

I rarely work a full day on Saturday but every once in a while we make exceptions to the rule. Today has been busy doing production on the new site for Smith Cycle, the Rowan Group (Oakville), Nature's Finest Produce and BP Marketing.

Well it's in the can, as the saying goes - the JAG Christmas party was a quiet affair last night, held at Casa Bella (Check out their site at http://www.casabellarestaurant.ca/) Julie & I with baby Gideon in tow, along with Theresa and Greg, Chris and Kristen enjoyed an excellent meal together. Of course Theresa was upset that Gideon slept for so long and insisted on waking him, much to the dismay of his parents. However she made up for it by telling self depricating tales, not the least of which was "The Tale of the Stolen Perfect Christmas Tree". At any rate a good time was had by all and we want to wish all of our clients, friends and fellow entrepreneurs in Chatham-Kent and beyond a very merry Christmas and a happy New Year!

New site for Let's Get Fit

Let's Get Fit is Dresden's health and fitness club. We have recently partially completed a redesign of their site. Some of the new features that will be added soon are a calendar that the client manages and a blog. The site was about 2 years old and the client agreed it would be of value to give it a new look and feel with some added functionality as well. Online Event Calendar - Fall and Winter 2008


Does your site need to have an easy to use event calendar? We have recently developed a scalable event calendar with a user friendly interface. It can be set up for multiple users and even has a built in event approval process if you would like to make it open to for public use. Here is an example of an open event calendar:

Single Page Content Management System - Fall 2008


If you would like to update specific pages on your site with text content JAG now has an easy to use single page CMS. All you need to do is click the 'Edit this page' link, then fill in the text box with the content that you would like. Enter your password and click 'Save' and your changes have been made. JAG posts a record month in November and credits customer service as the cause

November is usually a quiet month in our business. It's a time to retool and reconnect with clients and prepare the production schedule for the crazy time of year often referred to as the first quarter. Well this year we felt it was a good idea to roll out many of the efficiency tools that Chris has been developing to our clients. The result was not only a busy November but an above average month in sales. It is gratifying when you can create success while helping businesses save money at the same time. That captures November 2009 for JAG and our clients.

In addition to these new products that we have unleashed on our customers we are now using our new client management system. It sends us regular reminders to sit down with our clients and perform regular website reviews. You see we believe that your website should be constantly growing and changing as your business does and we want to be there for our customers and take a proactive approach to maintaining your website.

JAG sets up for launch of CKBusiness.ca

After half a decade of planning JAG is set to launch CKBusiness.ca on January 3rd, 2009. The idea is as old as JAG itself and has been percolating in my mind from the very beginning. CKBusiness.ca is an online business to business publication. It provides all of the latest business news, event postings, business profiles, interviews with local entrepreneurs, small business resources as well as a service directory of businesses that service the commercial sector in Chatham-Kent. This is an effective, cost effective way to advertise your company to the commercial and industrial sector in Chatham-Kent. Advertising rates range from $26 - $130 per month so you can see that it has been designed so that it is not cost prohibitive in any way. Internet advertising is growing at an approximate rate of 20% per year in Canada. It is important to stay current in the methods that we use to promote our companies and causes online.
